Opening your Sacral Chakra

sacral chakra

December 3rd

Colour:  Orange

Chakra: Sacral Chakra

Today’s Nutrition: Orange coloured foods(carrots, tangerines, oranges) , foods high in EFAs, nuts & seeds

Why orange foods?

Orange and Yellow foods have beta-carotene, flavonoids, lycopene, potassium, etc.  The most significant is vitamin C. These nutrients alkalize the body & protect our cells from free radicals.

Sounds good to me.

  1. I’ve been browsing online more than three hours today, yet I
never found any interesting article like yours. It is pretty worth enough for me.

Personally, if all webmasters and bloggers
made good content as you did, the internet will be much more useful than ever before.

  2. Its like you read my mind! You appear to grasp so much approximately this, like you wrote
the book in it or something. Ithink that you just can
do with a few p.c. to power the message house a bit, however instead of that, this is
excellent blog. A great read. I will definitely be back.

  3. Howdy! Would you mind if I share your blog with my facebook group?
There’s a lot of people that I think would really enjoy your content.

    Please let me know. Cheers

  4. Do you mind if I quote a couple of your articles as long as I provide credit and sources
back to your site? My blog is in the very
same area of interest as yours and my visitors would definitely benefit from some of the information you provide here.
Please let me know if this ok with you. Cheers!
