Why focus on Yellow Foods?
Like orange foods that we touched basis on yesterday when we spoke about the Sacral Chakra; yellow foods supplement us with beta-carotene, flavonoids, potassium, vitamin C, etc. This is crucial to prep your body for the colder seasons. Keeping our bones and joints strong as well. Mix it up a little not too much starch but lots of yellow veggie goodness. Also try some lemon water to top it off. Enjoy!
