I stopped giving my family cow products when I started studying to be a holistic nutritionist before that I believed raw milk or whole organic milk was extremely healthy. It’s constantly advertised in our face that we are desensitized to the reality. I personally lost a dramatic amount of weight when I stopped drinking milk & no longer am addicted to it. My oldest has nut allergies so she drinks rice milk and I myself am an almond milk fan. There are so many alternatives from soy, hemp, oats, flax, and the list goes on. To me my favourite treat is a glass of dark chocolate almond milk.
