It’s always hard knowing what to eat, how much, and when to eat it. When I first came to Nita for support I was clueless. She gave me all the clues I needed for a healthier lifestyle. More importantly, she gave me the much needed support to get on the healthy track of life. When I was falling out she was picking me back up assuring that it happens and people make mistakes. She brought my thinking back to a healthier way so I could continue on. She was also very flexible when coming up with a meal plan taking into account for what I do and do not like too eat. Which was important for me as I’m fairly picky. I can’t thank her enough for the support and guidance she gives and continues to give me.
